Q: Is there anything you won’t do?``` A: I will not draw gore, nudity or anything against Twitch’s Terms. I will also not resize photos.Q: When will I hear back from you after submitting the form?A: I will try and answer you within 1-2 business days. If you haven’t heard from me, feel free to give me a nudge! I might have just missed the message. If your Twitch/Twitter was misspelled by accident, I may not be able to find you or your Direct Messages are closed.Q: Can I gift an Emote?A: Of course! As long as I have all the necessary information, that's no problem!Q: I need to cancel, can I get a refund?A: You can receive a full refund if you cancel within 15 days as long as no work has been started. If I've started the sketching phase, you may receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds once I have begun the colouring process.Q: I'd like to add to my order, how can I do that?A: If you'd like to add something and receive the entire order in the same timeframe, there will be a 10% fee. If you don't need it in the same timeframe, you can just place a separate order which will be added to the queue. |
Art Commissions
I, Luckyducky Creations (the artist):
♥ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
♥ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
♥ I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
♥ I retain the right to post, print, display, or otherwise use the commission product, unless previously discussed.
You, (the customer/comissioner):
♥ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)
♥ Any content made is allowed to be used for personal use only (icons, banners, anything non-profitable) and not commercial use.
♥ You may upload the commissioned to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.
♥ You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format.
♥ You may NOT sell, redistribute, license, upload to POD-services, make prints, use for merchandising or commercial purposes or gain profits from my commission. I reserve the right to claim up to 100% of any unauthorized profits made off of the artworks use.
♥ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
♥ Please contact me for a separate contract if you wish to use the artwork for any type of monetization, commercial, or other profitable uses.
