Payment:

♥   All orders and payment will be in USD and done through Artistree which will plant a tree for every commission order placed!

Guidelines:

♥   Prices are subject to changed based on demand.

♥   I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

♥   Please include as much information as possible upfront including a description and any visual references. This will streamline the design process and allow for a faster turnaround.

♥   Pricing listed is a baseline and pricing may depend on the complexity and scope of each project.

♥   Commissions may be denied if they are beyond my design capabilities or if I'm unable to commit due to scheduling conflicts.

♥   There are no waitlists, only projects in the work queue that have deposits made.

Cancellation:

♥   After the payment has been made, you may cancel the commission within 15 days for full refund as long as nothing has been started.

♥   If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

♥   If the sketch phase has begun, I can return 50% of the sale. Refunds are not offered once I start the colours phase.

♥   The commission is on an as-is basis. Once it has been completed, you may not come back for a refund or edits.

Referral Program:

♥   Any referrals for projects totaling over $100.00 US gets you $20.00 US off any future project totaling over $150.00 US

♥   Just make sure anyone referred by you provides your social media handle when order is placed to ensure credit is applied to your account.

Copyright & Usage:

I, Luckyducky Creations (the artist):

♥   I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

♥   I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

♥   I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

♥   I retain the right to post, print, display, or otherwise use the commission product, unless previously discussed.

You, (the customer/comissioner):

♥   You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)

♥   Any content made is allowed to be used for personal use only (icons, banners, anything non-profitable) and not commercial use.

♥   You may upload the commissioned to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.

♥   You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format.

♥   You may NOT sell, redistribute, license, upload to POD-services, make prints, use for merchandising or commercial purposes or gain profits from my commission. I reserve the right to claim up to 100% of any unauthorized profits made off of the artworks use.

♥   You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

♥   Please contact me for a separate contract if you wish to use the artwork for any type of monetization, commercial, or other profitable uses.
